GIF Editor

A standalone version of a GIF editor that I have been tinkering with.
It does lack some quality of life features at the moment, but is usable for fun GIF manipulations.
An older version can be found on my neocities page.
For the time being there is a Windows .exe (packed in a rar because I forgot how to package things)  and a .msi; a Linux version is planned.

So what can it do?

• Open GIFs and display their inner blocks (mainly images but also comments and others)
• Manipulate images within a GIF, ranging from drawing over exisitng images to simply changing values in the color table
• Manipulate metadata such as the overall screen size, animation lengths, or amount of loops.
• Adding new blocks (comments, plain text, etc.)
• Uploading images (either via dithering or posterisation if they have more than 256 colors)
• Help you realize your dreams

There is a tutorial in-build. Happy GIF editing!
